Where do the products ship from?
Goods ship from Korea. On request, a shipment can go to Hong Kong first and be sent on to you from there.

Do you ship to Kazakhstan and the CIS?
Yes. We take enquiries from buyers in the CIS; delivery terms and documents are agreed for each order.

Which company signs the contract and issues the invoice?
Contracts and invoices can be issued by our Seoul company or by our Hong Kong company, SEONGWOO GLOBAL LIMITED. Goods ship from Korea. On request, a shipment can go to Hong Kong first and be sent on to you from there.
Are you the official distributor of any brands?
Yes, of PINKWONDER, Arocell, Carenology95 and irecipe. For the other brands we supply, we are an independent wholesaler, not appointed by the brand.
